Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your WarYoga gear. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for physical merchandise bought through our store. It applies to customers in Canada, the United States, and everywhere else we ship.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original condition with any tags still attached
• In their original packaging, where applicable

We may decline returns on items that arrive back not meeting these conditions.

What can't be returned

The following are final sale and can't be returned or refunded, except where required by law:

• Digital products, downloads, and online courses once access has been granted
• Gift cards
• Items marked "final sale"

Books purchased through Amazon are covered by Amazon's own return policy, not this one.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@mail.waryoga.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

• You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mail.waryoga.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping — at no cost to you.

Canada

For orders shipped within Canada, refunds are issued in the same currency as your original purchase. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer-protection law.
